Job Overview: 

 

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotions, and training new staff. The role is to supervise employees, work with customers, and help carry out the directives of the owner. They will ensure that store personnel provides exceptional customer service, and provide backup support to their employees with daily/shift tasks.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assisting staff in daily operations;

  • Store management, employee supervision and reports;

  • Customer services and sales;

  • Organizing shelves and counters;

  • Stocking shelves and displays;

  • Keeping coffee/drink/condiment bars clean and stocked;

  • Ordering, receiving and managing inventory; and

  • Making ice bags.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results

  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability

  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture

Job Title:        Retail Cashiers

 

Reports To:    Manager/Assistant Manager

 

Job Overview: 

 

The retail cashier’s primary role is to assist customers in the in-store check-out process. Main duties include ringing up sales, bagging items, verifying prices, collecting payment and giving appropriate change. Provides store support for daily operations, including but not limited to, customer service and sales, organization, and inventory management, including checking materials and supplies and reporting when stock is low. We are looking for motivated individuals with great customer focus to maintain the store's energy and help us fulfill our mission of providing each customer with excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customer services and sales

  • Organizing shelves and counters

  • Stocking shelves and displays

  • Keeping coffee/drink/condiment bars clean and stocked

  • Receiving and managing inventory

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school graduate

  • Experience in a similar position or proficiency in a similar task

  • Ability to run accurate gas and diesel transactions

  • Ability to use calculator, computer, telephone, and other equipment as needed

  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Title:        Custodian

 

Reports To:    Manager/Assistant Manager

 

Job Overview: 

 

The Custodian(s) keep the building facilities and grounds clean. This includes, but is not limited to, picking up and disposing of trash, sweeping indoors and sidewalk/pavement, mopping and/or vacuuming floors, cleaning and stocking restrooms, cleaning showers, mowing and weeding grounds, landscaping and other grounds maintenance, making sure building and grounds are safe and secure, cleaning windows, and minor building maintenance and repairs.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Trash and waste disposal

  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

  • Cleaning restrooms and showers, and restocking restroom supplies

  • Mowing, weeding, and landscaping

  • Cleaning windows

  • Minor repairs and maintenance

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail cleaning

  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
